structure. We want our Professionals to join our team for the long
term and therefore have designed a compensation and benefit structure
that allows you to make that commitment.
inteLogica Professionals
are W-2 employees paid on an hourly basis (with overtime compensation
as required by law). Hourly rates are determined by reviewing Associate
experience and expertise, market compensation data, and salary history.
Associate compensation does not fluctuate based on project pricing
but is set mutually and reviewed when appropriate.
